Reservations

We recommend that you make a reservation before your arrival, whenever possible, to assure room availability in the hotel. It is best to make a reservation with the most time in advance possible or at least two days before your arrival in order to complete the reservation process successfully.

Note: If you plan on reserving for groups over 20 people please contact us directly through an e-mail or by telephone.

Please follow these two steps to successfully making your reservation with us:

Step 1) CONFIRMING AVAILABILITY

The first step is to contact us and get your confirmation number that we will provide to you for the reservation you made. You will present this reservation confirmation number upon check in when you arrive at the hotel to acquire your room. If you reserve through the reservations search engine on this page, we will send you a reservation confirmation number via our e-mail address.

Step 2) GUARANTEEING YOUR RESERVATION

It is required to guarantee all reservations only if you plan on arriving after 18:00 hrs. (6:00 p.m. local time) on the day of your arrival. All reservations are held until this time, if you do not guarantee your reservation after this time, we will release your room to the general public. If you guarantee your reservation you may arrive at whichever time you choose without any problem. To guarantee your reservations you must pay for the equivalent of one full night’s room charge of your entire stay.

You may pay by filling out a credit card authorization form, you may request this form via e-mail  with our reservations staff, once you filled out and signed the form please scan it and send it back to us via e-mail along with your reservation confirmation number and the name it us under.  You may also fax a copy to (631)311-2006 and please remember to include the reservation confirmation number and name it is made under.

Guaranteeing your reservation is recommended if you plan on arriving after 18:00 hrs (6:00 p.m.) or when you are unsure of when you will arrive to the hotel.

* Cancelation Policy

If you wish to cancel a reservation you must do so by 18:00 hrs. (6:00 p.m.) local time of Nogales Sonora Mexico on the day of your arrival. Otherwise, we will be unable to refund your deposit.
